Our Mission
Home Care Partners is a private, non-profit in-home services provider serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area that supports vulnerable adults to remain in their own homes. We are committed to excellence in our workforce, programs, and services; we embrace diversity; and we prioritize service based on financial need.
Our Vision
A community where vulnerable adults receive needed in-home care and services and live with safety, dignity, and comfort.
We strive to make this vision a reality by:

- Providing comprehensive home care services
- Supporting family caregivers who take care of their loved ones
- Improving home environments to facilitate aging-in-place
Our goal is to support clients to remain in their own homes, provide respite to caregivers, and improve our clients’ ability to manage independently through the use of trained home care aides and professional social work and nurse case managers. We have a strong commitment to providing services for those who need them most and cannot afford to pay.
